- Students of the 109-2 semester master program who want to apply for the thesis oral test, please apply and submit the application form, publication certificate and first draft to the department office before 110/4/16 (Friday).
(1) Application deadline: February 22, 110 to April 30, 110 for the master’s program .
Doctoral Program: February 22, 110 ~ end of semester
(2) How to apply: Please apply online within time : School Homepage > Website Link>Quick Link>Student>Student School Affairs Information System “School Status, Class Schedule, Results, Papers, Rewards and Punishments, Clubs, Sites…”> Class Schedule> Click After ” thesis oral exam registration information “> after entering personal information and thesis title> click “save personal information and fill in oral committee information “> to start the oral examination member information (must list the instructor as one of the entrance committees) > click on the bottom left After printing the application form for the degree examination > After signing the signatures of the students , advisors and department (institute) dean (head), together with the graduation-related thresholds (English examination, points, periodicals, etc.), send them to the Academic Affairs Office for registration Group .
(3) Print out the “Dissertation Confidentiality Agreement and Intellectual Property Ownership Consent” and submit it at the same time as the hardcover copy of the thesis is submitted.
